We're on the move. The Golby family finally managed to get out of Kentucky earlier this week, but not before a flurry of visitors our last weekend at Fort Knox.
On Saturday, Kathy Brannock, Laura Weiler, and Sarah Millar made the trek from Chicago/South Bend to welcome the newest member of "Those girls." The trip was brief, but we still managed to have lunch at Bahama Breeze before drinking coffee and shopping at the mall. All in all, a great trip.
We're now on leave, visiting friends and family in Illinois and California before we report to Hawaii in a few weeks. It is bound to be a whirlwind trip, but we're excited at the possibility of being able to see so many friends in a short amount of time. We wish we could see everyone we love, but if we don't manage to see you, consider it an excuse to visit us once we're settled in our new tropical paradise.
